As you enter into prayer, gently place yourself before Jesus truly present in the Most Holy Eucharist.

Allow your breathing to slow.

Let distractions fade quietly into the background.

You do not need to accomplish anything right now.

Simply come before Him.

Inhale slowly“Jesus, I trust in You.”Exhale slowly“Be still, my soul.”Repeat gently several times.
Prayer“Jesus, I believe You are truly present. I give this time to You.”

Pause.

Gaze upon Him in faith.

Remember
  • You are not alone.
  • The Creator of the universe waits for you here with love.
Prayer of Adoration“Jesus, my Lord and my God, I adore You hidden in the Eucharist. Though my eyes see only bread, my faith knows that You are truly here - Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. I worship You with the angels and saints and offer You my heart.”
Reflect slowly
  • What have I carried into this chapel today?
  • What burdens, fears, joys, or hopes do I place before Jesus?
  • What does my soul most desire from Him?

Rest quietly for a moment in silence.

If your mind wanders, gently repeat“My Jesus, I adore You.”“O Sacrament most Holy, O Sacrament Divine, all praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine.”

Remain peacefully in His Presence.

Sacred Scripture

Douay-Rheims · Challoner revision · 1899 American Edition

Psalm 83 (84):2–5

2How lovely are thy tabernacles, O Lord of host!

3My soul longeth and fainteth for the courts of the Lord. My heart and my flesh have rejoiced in the living God.

4For the sparrow hath found herself a house, and the turtle a nest for herself where she may lay her young ones: Thy altars, O Lord of hosts, my king and my God.

5Blessed are they that dwell in thy house, O Lord: they shall praise thee for ever and ever.

Sacred Scripture

Douay-Rheims · Challoner revision · 1899 American Edition

Apocalypse (Revelation) 4:8–11

8And the four living creatures had each of them six wings; and round about and within they are full of eyes. And they rested not day and night, saying: Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was, and who is, and who is to come.

9And when those living creatures gave glory, and honour, and benediction to him that sitteth on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever;

10The four and twenty ancients fell down before him that sitteth on the throne, and adored him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:

11Thou art worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory, and honour, and power: because thou hast created all things; and for thy will they were, and have been created.
